[Life Changing Experience]
This is THE ultimate EMO guidebook eva! It's super cool! Discovered it at Times today with Darryl (rmbr have 2 Rs okay!) and Zi Han while shopping for Mum's Day gift. Talk about that later. Yah, so this book is actually a diary and every they have super ridiculous tasks like Volunteer for a Medical Experiment or Be a Has-Been for a day or Try your very best to be a CoolNerd for an ENTIRE hour. (OKay, i added the last one myself. But it's a tough one duncha think?) What's a plus point is that the graphics are so super duper emo! Oh my gosh! It just blows people away man. There are like emo quotes here and there and the language is de emo-est. I cant quote you any quotes cos it just blew me away. Only sad thing is that it's ridiculously expensive at 30 bucks! (Or so.) So i'd advise all you emo dudes out there to get your copy. Of course dont buy it yourself. Oh and by the way my birthday is on the 10th Oct. A bit far away but still, it's always good to be prepared right? =P

Then there's another thing that is gonna happen soon and it's gonna change my life forever. I'm gonna get confirmed. Soon. But if you dont know what that means, it's okay. Just know that i get to have a new name!! I was so totally tempted to name myself CoolNerd. But Desmond TheCoolNerd Chng Teck Kian just doesnt gel very well and there just isnt a Saint CoolNerd in the Bible no matter how many times i flip it. And so i name myself JOSEPH. Why, you ask.

Well, cos i think it was really cool of Joseph to still continue with Mary on her trying feat of giving birth to the son of God just because he loved her. Aww. I mean like they were just about to get married when suddenly Mary's pregnant! And i assure you at that point of time the world had never heard of babies out of the wedlock and having babies before marriage was a super huge NONO. So i really admire his faith in god and in that angel that appeared to him that he believed in the Immaculate Conception. I mean it's really easy for us to believe that now, but at that time, wouldnt you have just a tiny weeny tinge of doubt? Dont Lie.

So that's the emo reason. But the more emo reason is this.

Joseph is my granddad's name too.

But dont you start calling me joseph yet cos havent confirmed yet. Tell ya soon.

So. I was out shopping for Mum's Day gift after Geog paper which went pretty well. Hey, i studied okay! So then after the paper was about 10:30am. We went to TM to eat Pasta mania together with Chang yang and Wayne. Why pastamania? Cos mr leong got craving and PES and didnt wanna go WhiteSands to eat Delifrance (minus the Bistro). So after that we went to fufill the arduous task of getting a mum's day gift. From handphone pouch to cookbook, nothing just seems to work. So then we had no place to go but LifeBookshop. yeah, the christian bookshop. There, i finally found the PURRRFECT gift at 1:15pm. It was this small tiny t-shirt which says "Bless this Mess and the children who made it. God's work is never done, and so is a Mum's." Aww.. utterly emo duncha think?
So what's the 'morale' of the story? When you're lost and dont know what to do, just look to him and he'll flash you with the answer. Yeah.
