It ended yesterday.
Im done proving im Ordinary.
Now what matters is HOW Ordinary i am. (or was)
Anyways
I went out with the usual emo people to Vivo yesterday to watch James Bond: Casino Royale
I dunno but i cant help but have the picture of Chicken Royale from Pizza Hut in my mind everytime someone mentions that movie. Still, the movie was cool.
But before the movie we had lots of time so we went for some retail therapy. Okays fine, maybe only John did the retail bit cos he was the only one crazy enough to buy that Pull and Bear tee (it was a nice tee okay) The rest of us are saving up to splurge in Malaysia next week. GAP was still great, that pullover that im eyeing is still there. Im so gonna get it.
Then we went to PageOne, this huge bookstore that i thought was even better than boring Borders. And we all got so inspired by all those simple-yet-in-an-abstract-kind-of-way books. Like the one about the Little Happy Pig or something. (And you could tell we were all high from the history paper)
But then we saw this life-changing book. It's all about shutting up and moving on. That was uber uber uber like totally now. (huh? Sorry the highness is still kinda in my system) It's called SUMO. (for the uninformed and/or unfortunate: SUMO = Shut Up, Move On)

I totally get this book. I mean Emo is like so yesterday. (Seth, told you it was too late to be emo.) Embrace Emo-ness when the end is near and in sight. But when it's over you gotta be Sumo. I mean like Get Over It.
SUMO is the new EMO.
Period.
Oh and thankyou Jarren's mummy for fetching me all the way home from Vivo yesterday at 1am in the morning.
